In order for division to make a decision to allow Texas teams to play was made. However the EQUALIZER RULE is in effect. Upper division teams (TX teams) will spot 5 runs per division difference. But if lower division teams beat an upper division team by more runs spotted that lower division team will no longer be spotted runs for the remainder of the tournament. All rosters must be on-line and signed by your local area director upon arriving to the tournament.
