| Entry Fee will be $250 + $10 per game to umpires. Max of 6 teams per divisions 3 game guarantee. There is an open division and a recreation division for Mens Womens and Coed. All divisions are 1 day tournaments. Men & Women Play Saturday Coed plays Sunday. Your roster needs to be approved 1 week prior to entering the tournament to be eligible for the Rec division Oct. 1st. If you are not approved you will be put into the Open division.
Each team will be required to bring a basket for the charity auction or a $50 donation to the 50/50. All raffle activities will be done on Saturday night. All proceeds will be split 3 ways again: 1/3 YWCA Breast Cancer Resource Center 1/3 Breast Intentions 1/3 to an individual being effected by Breast Cancer ( chosen by last year's recipient ). All games will be played at Mercer County Park in this format. If we sell out we will look to expand and those teams would have to play in extended locations. |
