Combining Age Divisions - This event is being offered to all age groups and every attempt will be made to keep the age groups separate, however based on the number of registrants per age group some age divisions may need to be combined. In the event of this happening teams will be informed in advance and will be offered the option to withdraw from the tournament with a full refund.

Minimum Number of Teams Entered - At times some age groups do not fill up. We will not cancel an event if there are 4 teams or more registered. If you do not want to play in a tournament that could have only 4 teams, please do not register. If you choose to withdraw please refer to our refund policy for refunds.
