Tournament Rules

 

USSSA rules will apply in all instances with the following modifications:

 

Pool games will be 6 innings or 60 minutes finish the inning

Pool game results will be used to seed teams for bracket (seeding procedure below)

Bracket games will be 6 innings or 70 minutes finish the inning

Game time will be stopped for injury delay lasting more than 2 minutes

Game time will be stopped if team leading calls time-out within 5 minutes of game time

Coin flip will determine home team in pool games 

Higher seeded teams will be home team in bracket 

Run rules are 12 after 3, 10 after 4, and 8 after 5 in all games

International Tie-Breaker will be applied for tied games (no progressive)

Undefeated team will have choice (home/away) in Championship Games

If 1-loss team wins Champion Game, a 2-inning shootout will be played

Coin flip will determine home team in 2-inning shootout

If shootout game tied after 2 innings, International Tie-Breaker will be used as above

 

Seeding Procedure:

1. Win/loss record

2. Head-to-head competition

3. Least runs allowed

4. Most runs scored

5. Coin flip

 

All teams will check in before their first scheduled game

Teams will provide entrance fee, proof of insurance, and roster at time of check-in

Teams must be prepared to play 30 minutes before scheduled time after 1st game played

All games will be $35 pay-at-the-plate except Shoot-outs

Shoot-outs will be $20 pay-at-the-plate
