Collinsville USSSA 12u open Tournament

4gg 2 pool double elimination and will be played at Collinsville High School Softball Fields 

Tournament entry fee is $185 payable to Collinsville Cardinals 03. 

Tournament entry fee must be recieved by Monday September 25th. Mail to 7120 E 144th St N Collinsville OK 74021 

Each player will have their names announced as they come to bat on the North Field. 

Individual Trophies for 1st and 2nd place teams

Individual MVP medals will be given out to 1 player from each team after each Pool Game. MVP's will be chosen by opposing coaches. 

No outside food/beverages allowed. There will be a full concession stand reasonably priced. Each team will be allowed 1 team ice chest. 

Gate fee is $5.00 per person over 12 per day, under 12 is $2.00 per day. 

3 coaches passes for each team per day. Please sign in at the front gate and get a stamp. 

Each team will provide 2 USSSA approved softballs
