RAINOUT LINE is the official notification for coaches, umpires, teams and their fans for changes in the schedule. It is your responsibility to check the line prior to heading out to the ballpark.

If tournament is cancelled or shortened due to inclement weather, refunds will be issued as follows:

• 0 Games Started:  Entry fee gate fee minus $100 administrative fee.
• 1 Game Started:    50% of entry fee gate fee
• 2 Games Started:  No refunds

4 GAME GUARANTEE TOURNAMENTS

• 0 Games Started:  Entry fee gate fee minus $100 administrative fee.
• 1 Game Started:    50% of entry fee gate fee
• 2 Games Started:  25% of entry fee gate fee
• 3 Games Started:  No refunds

6 GAME GUARANTEE TOURNAMENTS

• 0 Games Started:  Entry fee gate fee minus $100 administrative fee.
• 1 Game Started:    75% of entry fee gate fee
• 2 Games Started:  50% of entry fee gate fee
• 3 Games Started:  25% of entry fee gate fee
• 4 Games Started:  No refunds
