All events organized by Stephen Schiller, in his role as fiscal/tournament director, require confirmation of participation and pre-payment. If full payment is not received by the Friday one week prior to the event date, your team may be removed from the event and replaced by a team on the waiting list.

Once the schedule is posted online on Monday, if your team withdraws, you will be responsible for the full tournament fee.
