Tournament Entry Policy

Your team’s entry into the event is not secured until full payment has been received. Teams are strongly advised to submit payment at the time of entry to guarantee participation.

While an unlimited number of entries will be accepted during registration, only the first eight (8) teams whose payments are received will be confirmed for the event.

All other teams will be placed on a waitlist and notified if a spot becomes available.

Tournament Director reserves the right to combine divisions or change teams' placement in a division.
