The winning coach will receive a 2013 Xeno bat.

Louisville Slugger will provide demo's of the new 2013 bats that can be used during the event.
The Louisville Slugger Rep will also be on site to help with bat sizing and any information as you may need.

ALL TEAMS MUST BE 2013 REGISTERED WITH USSSA.

Registration consists of a once a year registration fee of $35. USSSA does not require the purchase of any type player ID cards.

Coaches if you wish receive game scores (updates) via cell phone for any tournament you are registered in add your phone info HERE.

USSSA Points:

USSSA Points are awarded based on a team's order of finish in any USSSA Event (League Qualifier etc.)
These points are used to rank teams in their state region and nationally.
These points are also used as seeding for State and World Series tournaments.

Teams started earning 2013 points on August 1st 2012.

When you are registering your team you should really add your roster. No Online Roster = No Points

Game Balls WILL BE provided
2 Umpires WILL BE provided per game and 3 umpires for Championship games.
Tournament Director WILL BE onsite all day
There will NOT be any entry fee charged at the gate.
There will NOT be any umpire fees.

The Tournament Registration Fee Is Your Only Charge For This Tournament.

Format: (3) 1hr 15 min pool games that feed into a single elimination bracket. Pool games will seed the brackets. All USSSA rules apply except were noted!

POOL GAMES: Bat the Line-Up 75 Min Finish the Inning No ITB 5 Runs max per ½ inning Free substitution bat entire order. Coin Flip for home team

BRACKET GAMES: 75 Min Finish the Inning ITB will be in effect

CONSOLATION BRACKET Bottom 4 teams play in a single elimination bracket. No awards in consolation bracket. Offense: Lineups are required May bat roster or bat 9 with or without a DP determined before the game when lineup is submitted.

If batting roster then last out made can be used for courtesy runner for pitchers and catchers only. If last out was a pitcher or catcher then the out before will run.

Defense: Free substitution if batting roster.

TEAM CHECK-IN PROCEDURES:

Birth Certificates or VTD Cards must be available if needed.

Water will be provided for players in all dugouts. You are allowed to bring in any food or drinks. The SoftballJunk.com mini store will be at the game. TOURNAMENT LOCATION:

REFUND POLICY: $100 of entry fee is applied as a gate fee and will not be refunded after tournament begins.
All refunds are determined as follows (Entry Fee minus the gate divided by game guarantee). Any game started counts as a game played!
