Please have Birth certificates and signed roster on hand in the event of a roster protest. This is a 2 seed games into DOUBLE elimination 5 game format Tournament. Elimination games will start Saturday as soon as seed games are complete. All teams will play on Sunday.. Seed games will be 75 minutes finish the inning... Elimination games will be 75 minutes finish the inning... Championship games will be 7 Innings or 90 minutes finish the inning... Seeding will be determined by: 1.W/L/T record 2.Head to Head (IF LESS THAN 3 TEAMS)if three or more teams have the same W/L/T record then Head to Head will not be used. 3.runs against 4.runs scored 5.coin flip... Run rule in effect for ALL games: 12 runs after 3 innings 10 runs after 4 innings 8 runs after 5 innings Courtesy runner for the pitcher or catcher is a sub who has not entered the game OR the last completed at bat(not last batted out).. Batting order may consist of up to 4 EPs and/or DP/Flex... Home team for seed games will be determined by coin flip..For elimination games high seed will have choice of home or visitor if tied coin flip... Seed games can end in a tie.. Metal Cleats will be allowed ONLY in the 14u and High School Divisions. There will be NO metal cleats allowed in any other age group in this tournament...please make sure to communicate this to your players in advance... Teams must turn in a signed roster and copy of team insurance prior to your first game. Please make sure your game scores are reported correctly. We will seed teams immediately following the last seed game. If there are any questions about where your team is seeded please make your concerns known immediately. Team in the winners bracket will have choice of Home/Visitor for Championship game and "IF Necessary". "If necessary" will be a 1 inning SHOOTOUT.
