| We will allow write-ins on the roster for this tournament because it is the last tournament of the 2016 season. August 1st starts the 2017 season. Come play in the Last Chance for Rings in Hobbs NM on July 30/31 2016. The entry fee is $425.00 plus a gate fee of $100. The deadline is Tuesday 26th at 8pm. It is a three game guarantee with 2 pool games on Saturday and bracket games on Sunday. If we get more than 8 teams in a bracket we will split the bracket. The turf fields are the best in our two States. This is a Belt and Rings tournament. We will give USSSA Championship rings to First and Second teams and the first place team gets a Belt. You must have your roster online and your birth certificates with the coach at all games. Each coach has to bring his printed roster signed by him and turned in at check in. You must have your check or proof of payment by Tuesday the 26th. We do not cash any check until the tournament is over so you can pick up the mail in check and replace it with cash or another one. This should not be hard to do. Since this is the last tournament of the 2016 season I will allow write ins for this tournament. The player must play in his eligible age group. Also the Rosters should only have first and last names that are on the Birth Certificates anything else and they can’t play until we correct it. There will be a time limit in pool & championship games. Hit your own USSSA ball. We will give you 4 balls to start the tournament. Call Tommy Hawkins @ 432-520-9100 for more info.
