| All coaches must check in upstairs above the concession stand at the Bill Williams Sports Complex to turn in their roster; sign the coaches contact sheet; pay all fees owed; and receive 4 baseballs. This is the Complex where the 8U thru 12U will play. Your Site Directors are Tim Long 432-853-6653 and Mario Gonzalez 432-889-7625. We will have a booth so the teams can check in their players. This does not take long if you line your players up in the order they are on the roster. All 8u coaches should contact Tim long for 8U special rules. I will have general coaches’ meetings down by the HOT BOX at 8:15am; 9:15am; 11:45am; and 3pm. The 13U will play at the south end of Hogan Park just off of E. Wadley Ave on the 4 Junior Fields. The 13U players can check in with Tony Gonzalez 806-448-1918 who will be your Site Director. The players can’t wear steel cleats and pitch from the portable mounds. All COACHES must still go to the Williams Complex to sign in. The 14U and some 9U are playing at Nelms Mashburn & Reyes Park. This park is at the corner of 1000 Fairgrounds Rd. and 2000 E Cuthbert Ave. The players can check in with your Site Director Vincent Garcia 806-438-2296. All coaches must still go to Bill Williams Complex to sign. Be sure to put your site directors # in your phones. Let’s all try to remember it is about kids getting to play baseball. |
