Aside from the 10/8/6 after 3/4/5 mercy rule and 75 minute time limit (which apply to every age division), the only rule modification for 10u is NO STEALING HOME. Score only on (i) batted ball; (ii) base on balls or hit batter with bases loaded; (iii) awarded base when ball goes out of play, including a pitch. Never ever scoring on an overthrow to any base. Never ever scoring on a passed ball or wild pitch UNLESS it's strike 3 with the bases loaded and two outs and then ONLY the runner from 3rd base scores. |
