You may also follow us on Twitter @UsssaHouston. No metal cleats may be worn on portable mound on Carlos Garza # 6 or Jack Brooks Park on the portable mounds. No molded cleats may be worn on Field A at Runge Park on the portable mound. Gate fee of $5 per vehicle will be charged at Carlos Garza Sportsplex in Texas City and Runge Park in Santa Fe. Teams will provide (1) new and (1) used baseball at the plate meeting for League play. Also note the 9U division will play 5 run maximum per inning and no new inning will start within 5 minutes of the 1 hour 30 minute game time as this is intended to keep pace of play for the entire day. |
