| THIS IS OUR 4TH YEAR DOING THIS EVENT. JUNE 1 2011 FRANK CRUZ SON JACOB CRUZ WAS DIAGNOSED WITH LEUKEMIA. AFTER THREE YEARS OF CHEMOTHERAPY JACOB HAS BEATEN THE DISEASE. HIS LAST CHEMOTHERAPY IS SEPTEMBER 2014. ALL THREE PAST YEARS EVENTS WE HAVE COLLECTED OVER 4000 GIFTS FROM ALL OUR TEAMS COACHES AND PARENTS. THE WEEK AFTER THIS TOURNAMENT JACOB IS ALLOWED TO WALK THROUGH TEXAS CHILDRENS HOSPITAL AND PASS OUT ALL THE GIFTS TO ALL THE PATIENTS. WE PLAN ON RUNNING THIS EVENT AS LONG AS WE ARE ABLE TO. ENTRY FOR THIS EVENT IS 350 PLUS EVERY PLAYER BRINGS A 10 DOLLAR PLUS UNWRAPPED GIFT FOR THE AGES OF INFANT TO 18 YEARS OF AGE.
