| Roster batting permitted in pool play only. Courtesy runner permitted for pitcher and/or catcher. CR must be the last completed at bat or player not in the game. METAL CLEATS are permitted in 14u division. Pool games are scheduled for 75 minutes-finish the inning. The timer begins when the plate meeting breaks. Pool games can end in a tie. Pools will be seeded using the following criteria: 1. W-L record 2. Head to head 3. Runs against 4. Run differential (+8 max) 5. Runs scored. 6. Coin flip if needed. •HOME OR VISITORS: Coin flip will determine choice of home or away during pool play. |
