1 Game Started: 50% of entry fee
2 Games Started: 25% of entry fee
3 Games Started: No refunds

Cancellation of tournament by USSSA Sports West: Full refund
Team's withdrawal from tournament up to entry deadline: Entry fee minus $50 admin fee.
Team's withdrawal from tournament after entry deadline: No refund.

Gate fee: BLD CHARGES A DAILY GATE FEE - NO COOLERS OR FOOD ALLOWED.
