Please be aware this is a State Championship Tournament with the girls playing for State Champion and State Runnerup RINGS.. The 11u div will split PLATINUM/GOLD after seeding.. We have great awards for both divisions.. In order to win the RINGS you will have to be in the PLATINUM division.. In other words you need to play to win your seeding games.. Good Luck this weekend..

Please bring two copies of your roster at checkin.. One copy we will sign and give back to you the other copy we will keep. We also need a copy of your team insurance..

• Seeding will be determined by

• 1.W/L/T record 

• 2.Head to Head (IF LESS THAN 3 TEAMS)if three or more teams have the same W/L/T record then Head to Head will not be used... Unless one of the tied teams beat ALL of the others..

• 3.runs against 
  4.runs scored 
  5.coin flip... 
  
  Run rule in effect for ALL games: 
  12 runs after 3 innings 
  10 runs after 4 innings 
  8 runs after 5 innings 

  Teams must turn in a copy of your roster and insurance prior to your first game

• Courtesy runner for the pitcher or catcher is a sub who has not entered the game OR the last completed at bat(furthest removed from the plate).. Batting order may consist of up to 4 EPs and/or DP/Flex... Home team for seed games will be determined by coin flip.. For elimination games high seed will have choice of home or visitor if tied coin flip... Seed games can end in a tie.. In the event a team plays a 4th seed game that game will not count toward their seeding..

  Metal Cleats will be allowed ONLY in the 15u and High School Divisions. There will be NO metal cleats allowed in any other age group in this tournament...please make sure to communicate this to your players in advance... Teams must turn in a signed roster and copy of team insurance prior to your first game. Please make sure your game scores are reported correctly. Please make sure the scores from your games are reported correctly online. If any score entered are not correct please let us know immediatly so that we can fix any mistakes.. Do not wait to report an issue with scores in the event there is a dispute about a score this should be brought to our attention immediatly..
  In the event the tournament can not be completed due to weather lightning rain etc... We will consider the highest remaining seed in the winners bracket as 1st place. The next highest seed  in the winners bracket will be 2nd place.. This will be based on competleted rounds of seeding..
