My apologies for the delay in getting the schedule revised.  Many moving parts and wanted to make sure we got this right.  Several things to point out, please read carefully and let me know if you have any questions.

1. In order to fit everyone in without having to play Friday night, 12C will play their pool games in O’Fallon on Field 10 (the existing turf field, not one of the new ones). They were the only division that could play there, based on the number of teams in their division.  But, we needed to use that field on Saturday to make it work. 12C will play bracket in Collinsville on Sunday.
2. Unfortunately, the turf field in O’Fallon doesn’t have lights so I couldn’t get the 12Cs done in one day.
3. Collinsville informed me today that their HS will be utilizing Field 5 in Collinsville for most of the day and we can’t use it until 4:30 on Saturday.
4. Field 10 is available in Collinsville in the meantime but it doesn’t have a fence or lights. 
5. Field 7, in Collinsville, which is normally our emergency field and has a fence (300 ft and lights) is being used by another organization.
6. For 14U, we had some logistical issues with a couple of teams and had to change the pools slightly.
7. Since we had to condense from 8 fields to 5 fields, the time blocks had to be reduced from hour and a half time slots to hour and 15 minute time slots.
8. 2 of the 14U pools will not start until 4:30 and will play 3 games in a row but will be given plenty of time in between games to rest.
9. 12C, you will pick up your pre-ordered t-shirts on Sunday. 

I know that was probably more information than any of you wanted to know, but I want to make sure everyone is in the know.  Instead of scratching your head and saying, “Why in the heck did she do that?”  Now you know.  LOL
