THE TOURNAMENT DIRECTOR HAS THE OPTION TO CHANGE FORMAT IN CASE OF INCLEMEMNT WEATHER SUCH AS NUMBER OF GAMES TIME LIMIT OR DROP LOSERS BRACKET. IN CASE OF INCLEMENT WEATHER THE REFUND POLICY WILL BE: 3 GAMES WILL BE CONSIDERED A COMPLETE TOURNAMENT 2 GAMES PLAYED TEAMS WILL REICEVE HALF REFUND. 1 GAME PLAYED TEAMS RECIVE 75% OF REFEUND.
