TEAMS MUST BE PREPARED 15 MINUTES PRIOR TO GAME TIME TO BE READY TO PLAY. POOL PLAY GAME TIMES ARE 65 MINUTE. BRACKET PLAY GAME TIMES 70 MINUTES. PROTEST FEES $100 CASH. PROTST MUST BE DONE BEFORE NEXT PITCH. IF TEAMS WIN PROTEST THEN FUNDS WILL BE RETURNED. TOURNAMENT DIRECTOR HAS OPTION TO CHANGE FORMAT IN CASE OF INCLEMENT WEATHER TO NUMBER OF GAMES PLAYED TIME LIMITS SHORTENING GAME TIMES OR DROP LOSERS BRACKETS. REFUND POLICY IF TEAMS RECIEVE 3 GAMES THEN THE TOURNAMENT WILL BE A COMPLETED EVENT. IF TEAMS PLAY TWO GAMES THEN THEY WILL RECIEVE HALF REFUND IF TEAMS PLAY ONE GAME THEN THEY WILL RECIEVE 75% OF ENTRY FEE. IF TOURNAMENT IS COMPLETELY RAINED OUT THEN A FULL REFUND WILL BE GIVEN.
