8-26 online bracket is courtesy bracket only. It is still coach's responsibility to contact host after 3pm Thursday 8-26 to verify game time. MapQuest directions to facility are incorrect. Use yahoomaps.com or other source. Exit off of Hwy 67 is "Tidwell". No coaches meeting/luncheon. No Friday games. Balls WILL be furnished. Rainout line 214 855 9758 as rain is predicted in area. Tournament director reserves the right to change the format (i.e. field assingments/game times/dropping of losers braket) due to inclement weather conditions etc. Coaches packets available 12n-5pm Fri. 8-27-04 at the Parks & Rec. office 301 S. Broad St. for anyone who would like to pick them up. Others will be available Sat. morn at the complex. PETS PROHIBITED IN COMPLEX...please inform your players. It is expected to be very hot and humid. Please feel free to bring water and your ice chests. We will be grilling hamburgers/chicken breasts/hot dogs.
