2016 ALABAMA GLOBAL STATE

THE 2016 ALABAMA SOUTH GLOBAL STATE TOURNAMENT IS OPEN TO ALL TEAMS REGARDLESS OF STATE. TO QUALIFY ALL TEAMS MUST HAVE PLAYED IN 7 SPRING USSSA EVENTS. 13U AND 14U TEAMS ARE EXEMPT FROM THIS REQUIREMENT BUT STILL MUST HAVE PLAYED AT LEAST ONE EVENT. THIS TOURNAMENT SERVES AS THE STATE TOURNAMENT ONLY FOR TEAMS FROM ALABAMA. ALL OTHER TEAMS MUST PLAY THEIR STATE TO QUALIFY FOR WORLD SERIES PLAY. ALL TEAMS ADVANCING TO ANY USSSA OR GLOBAL OR ELITE WORLD SERIES MUST PLAY THEIR STATE TOURNAMENT THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS. THIS WILL BE A SATURDAY/SUNDAY EVENT WITH NO GAMES SCHEDULED FOR FRIDAY NIGHTS.
