Texas West USSSA State Tournament: 3 GAME GUARANTEE. 100 MINUTE TIME LIMIT for all games. With 8 teams or more in class the bracket will be split. Awards will be given to First and Second place team in each bracket. AA and Open classes will be combined if the director thinks it is necessary. REGISTRATION and FEES: Teams must register via the USSSA website. Registration will close on Sunday June 5th at 6:00pm so we can schedule the tournament. EFFECTIVE IN 2016 ALL TEAMS WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY ENTRY FEE ONLINE AT USSSA NATIONAL WEBSITE. Teams not paid by June 5th will be dropped from tournament. GATE FEE: $100 gate fee (cash credit card or check) per team is due at site check-in. SPECIAL REQUESTS for pool play game times will be considered on a first come first serve basis after team registration has been received. For consideration SUBMIT IN WRITING the special request and send to the following e-mail address ldfyb3@gmail.com. Tournament director will strive to accommodate pool play requests but reserves the right to refuse any request at any time. CHECK IN: No early check-in will be available on Friday night. All teams are required to check in with site director prior to first game on Saturday. During team check-in ALL PLAYERS MUST CHECK IN with site director who will review birth certificates and manager must provide signed copy of USSSA roster and USSSA Insurance. All team rosters must comply with USSSA Rule 3.03 for roster eligibility. NO WRITE-INS allowed for this tournament all players must be on the official roster. PLAYER BIRTH CERTIFICATES must be in manager possession at all times during tournament. Additional information about check in locations will be emailed to managers once pool play is scheduled. LOCAL TOURNAMENT RULES will be provided at this time. Please use this opportunity for any questions about the tournament. All teams must use USSSA baseballs for tournament. 3 USSSA baseballs will be provided to teams that fill out the Hotel Tournament Information form at check in.
