TWO OF THESE CAN COME FROM THE FALL EVENTS WITH APPROVAL BY THE STATE DIRECTOR . 13S AND 14S ARE EXEMPT FROM THIS REQUIREMENT BUT MUST HAVE PLAYED AT LEAST ONCE AND ARE SUBJECT TO BEING CLASSED UP IF IT IS NOT CLEAR WHAT CLASS IS APPROPRIATE.
