The 100.00 Gate Fee will be due at Team check-in before your first game. You must have your roster online and your birth certificates with the coach at all games. Each coach has to bring his printed roster signed by him and turned in at check in. There will be NO write-ins on rosters and each player will have to be checked in before he plays. Also the Rosters should only have first and last names that are on the Birth Certificates anything else and they can not play until it is corrected on line. The AA and the Open will be combined if the director thinks it is necessary. If we get 9 or more teams we will split the bracket after pool games. There will be a time limit in pool & championship games. Hit your own USSSA ball. We will give you 3 balls to start the tournament. Awards will be given to First and Second place team in each bracket. Call Darryl Ellis @ 325-518-3679 or email darryl.ellis@us.af.mil if you have any questions or want more info. Thank you.
