Coaches, thank you for playing  USSSA. Please respect all participants, parents, directors, coaches, umpires, rules and employees of USSSA and the affiliated park so that all may enjoy the game we all love. Unsportsmanlike conduct and disrespecting behavior will not be tolerated. We cannot emphasize this enough. Our goal will always be to create a great environment for those that just want to come and enjoy the day or weekend.

Please bring a copy of your insurance and any unpaid fees to the Tournament Director. Rosters must be online with guardian approvals or you will forfeit games. Please have Birth Certificates and/or ID’s on hand in case of protest.  We will not need the players at check in. Check in is next to concessions. Please bring all info at least a half hour before the start of your 1st game. ALL TEAMS MUST CHECK IN. IF YOU START A GAME WITHOUT TURNING IN ADD ON SUB ROSTERS, YOU RISK FORFEITING GAMES. Add on rosters can be found under files for this tournament and also at www.inusssa.net

Please report any injuries during the tournament to the Director and fill out an accident report on site.

 

·        Gate will open one hour prior to first game. No sooner

 

·        Games can start as early as 30 minutes prior to scheduled game time.                   First game of the day could start 15 minutes early.  Be prepared

 

·        All pool game times are 60 minute drop dead and brackets are                     60 minute finish the inning. There are NO IF GAMES

 

·        1 team cooler

 

·        No outside food or drink allowed (Park Rule)

 

·        No pets
