Just letting teams know about the Abilene 2020 Ice Breaker coming up Sep 19th and 20th.  This tournament will be played at two different locations, Red Bud Park and Arthur Sears Park.  Both of these are baseball fields.  The entry fee is $400 with a $100 gate fee which is due by team check-in. Deadline to enter is Sep 14th by 8:00 PM.  You must have your roster online and your birth certificates with the coach at all games. Each coach has to bring his printed roster signed by him and turned in at check in.  There will be NO write-ins on rosters and each player will have to be checked in before he plays.  Also the Rosters should only have first and last names that are on the Birth Certificates anything else and they can not play until it is correct on line. The AA and the Open will be combined if the director thinks it is necessary. There will be a time limit in pool & championship games. Hit your own USSSA ball. We will give you balls to start the tournament.
