Please Note the following:

The requirements below are mandated by the State of NM and are not negotiable and must be adhered to. In order for us to host this tournament we must have these guidelines. If any coaching staff, spectators or participants are found violating these mandates we will be forced to ask that they leave and not return. Please help us make this event memorable for the kids.

1. Masks are required for all coaching staff, event staff, officials, spectators AND athletes. Neck Gaiters are not permitted

2. Per state guidelines the coaching staff, event staff and officals will be required to have a current negative COVID test (must have been done in the month of July) or COVID vaccination. We will request to see the necessary documentation at team check in.

3. Per state guidelines the coaching staff, event staff, officials and athletes will be required to sign the COVID code of conduct. These will be provided to the above individuals a week prior to the start of the event. The form is also attached.

4. Capacity requirements will be maintained and handled by the event director

5. Facility Cleanings will be handled by event staff

6. Social distancing will be required

7. Coaches will be required to screen athletes daily and keep track of screenings.
