The 6th Annual West TN Memorial Blast will be held this year in Savannah TN. Savannah City Parks and Recreations are renovating the park with a new concession stand and restrooms. they are making as many fields as needed possible. This town is ready for a large tournament and you will be welcomed with lots of southern hospitality. These fields are close to Pickwick Dam the State Park the Buford Pusser Museum and Resturant and you know this is the "CATFISH CAPITAL OF THE WORLD" this would be a great family outing for the long Memorial Day Weekend. This tournament continues to grow each year so be sure to get in early and take advantage of the early bird special (if your entry fee is received by May 20 2006 it will be $175.00)!!! This year like last year we are offering in addition to a trophy package $25 per team in your age group to the Class Champion(for example 10U 10 Teams entered x $25 =$250.00 the that class champion). The trophy package is top three teams in each age will receive team and individual awards along with Best Offense Best Defense MVP and a Sportsmanship award in each class. Each team will also be entered into a drawing of "ONE FREE ENTRY TO ANY TOURNAMENT HOSTED BY MIDDLE/WEST TN USSSA FASTPITCH" for the 2006 season. This is a 2 pool double elimination tournament(weather permitting) all USSSA approved balls will be furnished. NOCSAE approved helmets and face guards are mandatory for all players. Proof of insurance and a completed roster are required at the time of check in.
