After long discussion with Ron Mathis the state director of USSSA and consideration of consequences on both the local and national level I have set the final seeding in USSSA and teams have been awarded points. We at CFSA understand that there is no great conclusion to a rained out event but we have tried to maximize the awarding of points on a balanced basis all teams still playing have been awarded 3rd place all teams who were eliminated in the quarter finals were awarded 5th place and all teams who couldn’t make it back were awarded placed at the end. Texas USSSA will be awarding state berths to 25% of the teams but the World Series berth will be rolled forward to our next event where we will be offering 2 berths.
