Coach should include all players and coaches names that are staying in the dormitory. 3. Parents and siblings are also welcome to stay in the dorms and should be included on the rooming list and have (P = parent or S = sibling) behind there name. 4. Be sure to indicate your arrival date. 5. Payment per person for dormitories is due upon arrival.
