Tournament age divisions: 9U-14U
Tournament divisions: AA/A and AAA/Major (Eight or more teams entered per class — will split divisions (i.e. ‐ AAA/Major split into separate AAA and Major divisions or AA/A split into AA and A divisions))
Who: Hosted by the Cornshucker Baseball Club (based out of Mount Vernon Iowa)
Where: Divisions played in the I-380 Corridor (includes Cedar Rapids – Marion - Center Point and Mount Vernon Iowa)
Cost: $295 entry fee ($150 gate fee for all teams due prior to first game)
Early registration tournament discounts: Deduct $20 from entry fee and $20 from gate fee if registering prior to March 1 2012 for each tournament
Multiple tournament discounts: if registering for both the Challenge and Bracket-Buster Global Sports NITs deduct an additional $25 from your Challenge entry fee!!

Bracketed pool play with all teams advancing to championship bracket
More than 100 teams participated in 2011 tournament—teams from IA IL MN WI
All USSSA Baseball rules apply—extra hitter may be used
Entry deadline 10 days prior to tourney—limited to eight teams per division
Player trophies for 1st and 2nd place teams in each division
Individual medals awarded to ‘Cornshucker All-Tournament Team’
Portable mounds for 10U-14U and baseballs provided for all games
Certified umpires used

2012 IOWA USSSA ALL-STATE SHOWCASE
July 28 2012 (Rain date is July 29 2012)
Ages 7 - 14
Major AAA AA A Players
Des Moines Metro Facilities
All players that have been nominated as an All-Tournament team player is eligible to participate.
Each player will wear team uniform to Showcase Event
Players will be divided into teams and play in a two game round robin showcase.
2 division of play during All-State Showcase; Maj/AAA and AA/A.
Teams and schedules will be announced about a week before the event begins.
Each player participating in the All-State Showcase will receive:
Iowa All-State Showcase tournament shirt
Iowa All-State participant plaque
Listed as an Iowa All-State Player and posted at www.iowausssa.com

Nominated players must fill out and return Showcase Entry Form by July 3 2012
Showcase fee: $60 per player
