USSSA CT State Championships 14UA and 14UB

All USSSA Tournaments run by the CT Fastpitch Director David Rocha are held at the finest complex in CT for Fastpitch Softball - The Pratt & Whitney Aircraft Club in East Hartford CT directly in front of Rentschler Field. The centrally located complex just off I-84 on Silver Lane has 6 “fenced” fields 1 warm-up field and the most incredible clean and spacious bathrooms with locker room and shower access. Bubbas’ Food and Ices is on-site for all events. Plus Fastpitch Nation provides the most comprehensive on-site softball apparel merchandise and equipment store anywhere outside of a national softball tournament.

- The P&W field complex can accommodate 28 teams for all age groups within the tournament and final numbers per age group will be determined on a first come first served basis. In some cases additional fields at an alternate near-by location may be used. All efforts are made to allow any team that wants to play the opportunity to play.

 

USSSA provides multiple classes for teams (A B C). To date in CT we have run almost exclusively OPEN tournaments in which teams of all classes can compete with each other. The 14U State Championship is now 2 distinct championships: 14UA and 14UB. Each will have it's own pool play bracket play and champion. The allows for more even competition and doubles the amount of teams that can play deeper on Sunday and doubles the number of teams that can win a title and a trophy. Overall this allows those B teams a real opportunity to win and allows the A teams the best possible challenge to become state champions.

- COST: $575 if you pay by check and $595 if you pay by Credit Card - You will need to login using your 2013 USSSA User ID and Password in order to register.
