Format: 4gg 2 pool into Double elimination bracket Facilities PRIMARY Greenwood Softball Complex 4501 Greenwood CC TX 78416 SECONDARY Sparkling City 3901 Greenwood Corpus Christi TX 78416 10u-14u Pool Games are 55 min 4 run ½ inning rule 6u-8u is 50 minutes 10u-14u Brackets are 70 minutes or 6 innings (whichever comes 1st). Finish the inning. Open runs must get 3 outs; 6U- 8U is 60 minutes and 6 run limit. Tournament director has the right to change format of tourney to ensure timely finish All 10u-14u Bracket games will have 2 Umps/ Pool Games will have 1 Ump (6U-8U will have 1 ump except championship will have 2) $15 per team with 1 ump/$30 with 2 umps $3 per day/$5 weekend Gate Fee!!! One team ice chest allowed. Ice chest must be kept in Dugout. No outside food or drinks for fans Flip for home/visitors in all games except Championship. Undefeated team is home team. USSSA rules apply during bracket games other than free defensive substitution and batting roster unless changed by Tournament Director Out of town teams must notify tournament director of travel over 100 miles to get free registration Weather Contingencies: In case of uncontrollable circumstances or interruptions due to weather the Tournament Director reserves the right to alter the tournament format in any way necessary to reach a conclusion. This can include but may not be limited to shortened game times fewer games guaranteed or playing rule changes. Games interrupted might not be resumed. Everything possible will be done to get the players on the field as soon as possible. Cancellation/Refund Policy: . During the Tournament if the number of games is shortened or cancelled due to uncontrollable circumstances such as weather refunds will be given based on the number of games played. 1 Game played = 50% refund. 2 Games played = 25% refund. 3 or more games = no refund.
