| The address for the East Sanger Sports is 2501 East Sanger Hobbs NM. The fields should be on your right as you are headed east. The First parking lot is for the 8U and 10U teams. It has Baker; Campbell; Nichol Sheppard; and McNeil Fields. This is where the main office will be and ALL the coaches will have to go there to pay the gate fee and fill out the coach’s sheet. The 8U & 10U players can check in here also. Your Site Directors will be Tim Long 432-853-6653 and Mario Gonzalez 432-889-7625. The second parking lot is for the 9U; 13U; & 14U teams. It has Paul White; Sanger; JV Field; & Varsity Field. Tony Gonzales 806-448-1918 will be your Site Director and will be able to check in the 9U; 13U; & 14U players. The coaches will still have to go to the main complex to pay gate fee and fill out coach’s sheet. The third parking lot is for the 11U &12U and is called the Zia Plex I think. This has four fields A; B; C; & D. Vincent Garcia 806-438-2296 will be your site director. The players can check in here but the coaches must check in at the main complex. As far as coach’s meetings check with your site directors for times. The site directors will handle all protest and problems that come up. They will have final say. Hope your kids have a good time and I will try to see some of you Sunday afternoon late. I will be in Dallas at a USSSA Divisional meeting on Friday and Saturday. I will fly in on Sunday. Be sure to put your site directors phone number in your phones. Hope the players like the rings and the belt. |
| Come get Double Points rings and a belt by playing in the Hobbs “SEE WHAT YOU GOT” Double Point Global World Series Qualifier in Hobbs NM 1/30/2016. The entry fee is $425.00 plus a gate fee of $100. The deadline is Tuesday the 26th at 8pm. It is a three game guarantee with 2 pool games on Saturday and bracket games on Sunday. If we get more than 8 teams in a bracket we will split the bracket. The turf fields are the best in our two States. This is a Belt and Rings tournament. We will give USSSA Championship rings to First and Second teams and the first place team gets a Belt. You must have your roster online and your birth certificates with the coach at all games. Each coach has to bring his printed roster signed by him and turned in at check in. You must have your check or proof of payment by Tuesday the 23rd. We do not cash any check until the tournament is over so you can pick up the mail in check and replace it with cash or another one. This should not be hard to do. The other Major change is there will NO write-ins on rosters and each player will have to be checked in before he plays. Players can be added before the first game but must be on a PRINTED roster. Also the Rosters should only have first and last names that are on the Birth Certificates anything else and they can’t play until we correct it. There will be a time limit in pool & championship games. Hit your own USSSA ball. We will give you 4 balls to start the tournament. Call Tommy Hawkins @ 432-520-9100 for more info.
