| No Gate Fee. City charges at the gate. You must have your roster online and your birth certificates with the coach at all games. Each coach has to bring his printed roster signed by him and turned in at check in. There are several changes that where put in place are our State Meeting in August. You must have your check or proof of payment by Tuesday March 29th. We do not cash any check until the tournament is over so you can pick up the mail in check and replace it with cash or another one. This should not be hard to do. The other Major change is there will NO write-ins on rosters and each player will have to be checked in before he plays. Players can be added before the first game but must be on a PRINTED roster. Also the Rosters should only have first and last names that are on the Birth Certificates anything else and they can’t play until we correct it. The AA and the Open will be combined if the director thinks it is necessary. If we get 8 or more teams we will split the bracket after pool games. There will be a time limit in pool & championship games. Hit your own USSSA ball. We will give you 4 balls to start the tournament. Call Tommy Hawkins @ 432-520-9100 for more info.
