| This is a 12U "B" level tournament and will host a maximum of 12 team with 2 USSSA World Series berth awards to the 1st and 2nd place teams of each age group. 4 game guarantee – 3 game pool play into single elimination with 2 umpires on all games including pool play. The format will be as follows and is subject to change if needed by the director: Pool play game lengths will be no new inning to start after 75 minutes and can end in a tie. International tie breaker after 75 minutes in bracket play (excluding Championship). Mercy rule: 10 after 3 innings/8 after 4 innings /6 after 5 innings. Please have your team ready to play 30 minutes prior to scheduled game. A coin flip will determine Home Team in Pool Play. Higher Seeded Team will have option of Home or Visitor in Bracket play. Bracket Seeds will be determined by record from Pool Play. Tie-breaker to be decided by #1 Overall record #2 Head to head competition #3 Runs allowed #4 Run differential #5 Coin flip if needed. Bracket play will begin Sunday morning. No withdrawal refunds will be processed within 30 days of the start date of the tournament or if the tournament bracket has been released whichever occurs first. Cancellation entry refunds requested 30 days prior to the start date of the tournament and prior to the release of the tournament bracket will have a $100 fee withheld. All withdrawal requests for refund must be made in writing and postmarked prior to the 30 day deadline or the tournament bracket being released whichever occurs first without exception. A $100 administrative fee will be retained in the event of a rainout. |
