2011 RAMPAGE FALL USSSA QUALIFIER OLYMPIC PARK IN SCHAUMBURG 5 lighted field complex with full concessions September 30 – October 2 2011 10U / 12U / 14 U / High School (16U/18U) “OPEN” Divisions • 16 team maximum per age group • 4 Game Guarantee – weather permitting • Three pool play games into single elimination format • 75 minute time limit; no new inning • USSSA Rules will apply; this is a 2012 USSSA National Qualifier. • Teams must provide Birth Certificates Proof of Insurance and completed Official USSSA Roster. • $450.00 Entry Fee (no gate fee); If tournament is completely rained out a $125.00 admin fee will be retained.
