Every team should check-in and pay prior to your first game upstairs at the Bill Williams Complex. The door next to the Concession stand. Each team will be able to bring in ONE cooler. NO outside food or drinks are allowed in the Complex. Coaches are required to have birth certificates (copies are accepted) during the tournament. If you have questions call Tim Long at 432-853-6653.
